Important Change to Our Policy Cancellation Process

AgentSecure has changed its service procedure for cancelled policies with premium over $5,000.

Please review the process below and let us know if you have any questions.

Step 1 - Day One: Carrier mails cancellation notice to insured.

Step 2 - Day Two: Cancellation delivered via IVANS (download), carrier activity list, or via U.S. mail to AgentSecure. Cancellation email is sent by AgentSecure service team member to agency producer that submitted the account.

Step 3 – Day Three: Cancellation email is sent by AgentSecure to the agency principal.

Step 4 – Day Three (NEW): If account is $5,000+ in premium an AgentSecure team member will call the agency and advise them of the pending cancellation.

For accounts below $5000 in premium, there is no change to our current process. We are amending our online Service Standards to reflect this change.
