Keeping your AgentSecure membership in good standing

In order to maintain the integrity of our carrier relationships there are certain guidelines that must be honored. Here are some key points of the Producer Agreement you should enforce in your agency to maintain your AgentSecure relationship:

-AgentSecure does not allow brokering of policies.

-All issued usernames and passwords must be agency employees and subject to your agency's E & O coverage.

-All sub-producers must list a valid email in their profile.

-To avoid issues resulting from staff changes a main "service" email account should be provided.

-Carrier underwriters must not be contacted directly.

Failure to follow the guidelines listed above could result in termination of your contract.
